iPhones/iPads: Update VSee App

When a new version of our videoconferencing app is available on iPhones or iPads, it's a good idea to update the latest version. Here are instructions on how.


(If on a computer, VSee Messenger will automatically update the next time you start a session.)

Possible Causes


1. Tap on the "App Store" icon on your home screen.

2. Tap on "Updates" in the lower right hand corner.

3. Tap the "Update" button next to "VSee Messenger". (Depending on your security preferences, you may be asked to log into your Apple ID.)

4. It'll start downloading like in the below image. Once the downloading icon becomes an "Open" button, your update is complete. (You don't need to open VSee Messenger at this point--close the App Store, and start your session as normal.)
